My first post in some time. Damn shoulder. Takin it easy till the end of the year then going back hard core (in theory).

OHS: 77, 87, 97

FS: 117, 137 (1,2 F), 127 (1, 2, 3 F)

BS: 137, 147 (1, 2 F)

Up considerably on the last two from September.
