Practice heavy thrusters with 45# bar.
Workout:
10 x 65#
10 x 55#
10 x 45#
Time: 8:35
Struggling to get up from the squat. Can't really get power till about half way up.
Practiced more kippings. CANNOT get technique down. VERY frustrating.
