3x10 pressing snatch balance
3x15 pull ups
40 yard walking lunge ( Broom stick/barbell)
WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
10 Push Jerk (3/4 body weight)
100 Jump Rope (or 30 double unders)

67# in 11:09.
A girl did 65# in 7 minutes. I suck at this. Very slow.
